Clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and enough space in one of the bedrooms from put a portable crib if needed. The property is all fenced so you can leave your kids/pets outside without fear of them running out on the street. „Perfect location near downtown Placerville and not far from the start of the Apple Hill region. Everything was outstanding! Owners were very nice and Sandra, the Owner’s sister checked on us to ensure our stay was going well. It’s a nice, quiet, quaint cottage and met our needs very well. We enjoyed the private deck next to the fountain and pond with some wine one evening. Highly recommend! “

Since we were there from Tuesday through Saturday, my husband had a few meetings he could not miss. „This is a wonderful place to stay with a large family everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The long veranda overlooking the beautiful pool was where we ate and read and relaxed. we loved being in the pool after it was shaded in later afternoon.
