„Big dirty house with holes between doors and floor to the outside. Carpets dirty, sheets and pillow covers covered in detergent not completely rinsed. Mice droppings on the floor, hot water doesn’t work in one bathroom. Lights don’t work in one bedroom. Exterior doors don’t have actual door lock. Mice running around in the ceiling. Driveway is covered with grass and not easy to spot in the evening.“

„We came to town for a funeral and we expected to just have a place to stay, but it was SO much more. What a gem! The hosts were amazing, leaving us cookies and cake pops and even leaving a sympathy card, such a kind gesture. The place was perfect for my husband and I, great bed and all the comforts of home. When we needed a quiet space to feel at home during a difficult time, this charming pool house was the perfect place! We hope to return soon! Thank you Ted and family!“

„Orchard Pines was more than the listing! Absolutely beautiful inside & out. They supplied everything you need w/extra details for the kiddos & adults. Will def book again when in the area!“

„A great place to stay with a reasonable price, looks exactly like the pictures“
