Spend your vacation on Lake Winnipesaukee at this 4-bedroom home with stunning views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding mountains. The open concept kitchen, dining area and living room give you spectacular views of the water all day long. Off the kitchen is a spacious screen porch with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. Down the hall are 3 bedrooms plus a den room for additional sleeping that has a TV in it. The den has a twin bed with pull out trundle. Across the hall is a full bath. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. At the end of the hall is a spacious master bedroom with Queen bed, large bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has it's own door that leads directly outside. There is also a laundry room near the kitchen with a second fridge.

Across a covered catwalk and above the garage is a beautifully finished separate space with a full bed and its own 3/4 bath. This guest suite is the perfect place for anyone in your group who'd benefit from a little bit more privacy! There is Central A/C in the main house. The guest house above the garage has a ceiling fan and windows facing the lake (there is not A/C in the guest house).

With a large deck looking out to the lake and 40' dock with steps leading into crystal clear waters you won't want to leave! The owner will allow (1) boat up to 24' in length on the dock. A landscaped path leads down to a gradual entry into the water with a sandy bottom which is great for swimming! You can also enter the water from the stairs off the dock. The owner allows use of 2 canoes which are included. There is parking for 4 cars (2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage).

Linens: Sheets, bath towel sets and arrival bedmaking service are all included with this rental. This DOES NOT include beach towels.
