The house
The automatic gate opens onto a large, majestic driveway, giving access to the property's 2,400 m2 and 4 covered parking spaces.

The house comprises a bright entrance hall, a large living room with corner sofa and a separate sitting area facing the fireplace.
The TV is connected by satellite to English and Scandinavian channels and comes with a DVD + stereo system and Apple TV. Direct access to the terrace from the living room.

Main floor: Large dining room with table for 12 and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is equipped with an American fridge with ice maker and sparkling water, two coffee machines (Nespresso and grain mill), induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender.
