Located in the heart of Mougins, in a quiet and green neighborhood, it offers an idyllic setting while remaining close to the town’s main attractions.
To ensure your safety, an external camera system has been installed. The cameras are exclusively directed towards the outside and never film the interior. Their sole purpose is to ensure the safety of guests. Each camera is also equipped with a manual cover that any guest can use independently.

You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

DEPOSIT : 1 000 € by card before check-in.
