"Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, das uns auch einen grösseren Sonderwunsch wie selbstverständlich erfüllen konnte. (Grazie!!) Grosse, saubere Zimmer, herziger Pool. Wie andere schon schrieben, ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tut der Sache keinen Abbruch. Wir haben drei angenehme Tage hier verbracht, sehr gut geschlafen und feinen Zmorge gegessen mit riesiger Auswahl."

"Das Hotel verfügt über 2 Stockwerke, im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich die Superior & Deluxe Zimmer sowie Suiten. Im Preis stets enthalten sind pro Zimmer immer 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm am Strandabschnitt Arcobaleno, wo man auch frühstücken kann, Mittag & Abendessen kann man dort ebenso einnehmen. Hotel verfügt über einen Pool, Liegen & Badehandtücher sind kostenlos (können auch an den Strand mitgenommen werden). Personal ist - je nachdem, wen man antrifft - sehr hilfsbereit, Bar Personal jedoch lässt einen gerne warten, drum konnten wir nie etwas konsumieren und sind nach 15 Minuten gegangen. Das Restaurant hat zwar eine schöne Lage im Innenhof mit Springbrunnen, aber die Preise sind ziemlich überhöht, die Portionen klein, da ist man in den Lokalen vor dem Hotel am Strand bzw. an der Strasse besser aufgehoben (Il Sole oder das Arcobaleno). Sehr zuvorkommen sind die hoteleigenen Taxifahrer - man kann auch Termine ausmachen und man wird überall hingebracht. Lage des Hotels ist echt gut, und das PreisLeitungs-Verhältnis stimmt, aber in den Zimmern müsste einiges renoviert werden wobei in den Standardzimmern fast überall - so weit wir es bemerkt haben - neue bodentiefe, barrierefreie Duschen eingebaut wurden. Leider gibt es in den Badezimmern gar keine Abstellfläche, zu zweit ist es somit etwas schwierig Toilettutensilien zu platzieren."
