„We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. ...

„We had an awesome time. Sharks, stingrays, starfish, sand dollars, you name it, we found it. Rented a boat at Minns…awesome, rented Jet Skis…awesome. House is just like the pics, we cooked in outdoor kitchen almost every night. We had no issues and it suited our family just fine. Cay and Jack are very responsive and provided us with every answer and detail we inquired about. “

„We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us!
