„We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking, and it had everything we needed. Even tupperware for leftovers, which I almost never see at rental houses. The location was very quiet and peaceful, and the views from the deck and the glass sliding door surrounding the livingroom on three sides were gorgeous. Shopping and food are also close by. Great communication by our host. It was an easy check-in using a keybox with a code. Thank you!“

„Host was very attentive and responsive. We had an issue with the heater that was resolved with relighting the pilot light. Amenities were sufficient, would have liked a box or two of tissue and aluminum foil, Saran Wrap and some zip lock baggies. The beds extremely comfortable, linens and towels very nice. The location is excellent. Would definitely stay again. One maintenance issue: the main level toilet runs periodically. “

„This Bungalow is so cute. Perfect for my family of 5. Smelt freshly cleaned when we walked in. So close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Parking was definitely a challenge but was forewarned. On day two we got lucky and was able to park in front. We will def be making this an annual trip. Capitola Village is SO cute!“

„Great stay! Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space for the 4 of us (me, hubby, adult daughter and a friend of hers) to hang out for the week of Thanksgiving. Fully equipped kitchen - and washer/dryer in the garage. Quiet cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood - grocery store less than a mile away. Beautiful beach less than two miles away! Fifteen minute drive to Monterey and Carmel - but we knew that. Overall: recommend!“
