„We had a fantastic stay in your condo for our sisters trip. Cozy and comfortable for the most part. The mattresses on the bunk bed could use an update but overall it was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance for anything we needed. Day trip up to Hearst Castle was easy. Morning walks on the beach were amazing. Kitchen was great for easy breakfast and homemade dinners in when we weren’t enjoying the restaurants close by.“

„Avila Beach is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful two bedroom apartment right near the beach… Everything about the place makes us want to buy one of our own! The location, the design and decor, the size, and most importantly very, very, very comfortable beds… So comfortable. Only hiccup might be that the heating seem to be based on an automatic gas fireplace, Which in the bedroom does light it up in the middle of the night… But maybe I just didn’t figure it all out Wonderful place and ...

„House is very clean. Very short walk to the pier, restaurants, shops. 3 Bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath, which is on the main floor. I was able to wash laundry, and go back with clean clothes (yah for no washing a luggage full) Details are in place, with even the towels being folded perfectly.
