„met here for a family gathering elsewhere in the town. this is the perfect home for a couple with another or a kid or two. the view of the river is awesome and the wildlife was abundant. the owners were easy to work with. the only caveat would be if you have trouble with steps all the rooms are on the second floor so this is a consideration for some people with mobility issues I would suppose. “

„A beautiful surrounding with walking and biking opportunities. Like-new and squeaky clean rooms and common areas. Superb view of the Mississippi. Some good restaurants within a couple of blocks. Nice bar on ground floor. Our first visit to Blue Suede Suites but Definitely not our last. “

„This home had so much to offer! One weekend was not enough time to enjoy everything. Newly and beautifully remodeled with the magnificent Mississippi as the focus. The owners were very eager to make sure our time there was the best they could make it. We are a little reluctant to provide such a good review because our group of 8 ladies definitely want to return in the future & want to make sure there is some availability left for us!!“

„I loved everything about this place. The only minuscule downsides were: the beautiful coffee table that is in the shape of a helm will take your shins out if you’re not careful. #2: In the bedrooms there are two small windows above the main windows that do not get covered by the curtains, so once that sun is up daylight is greeting you 😅 other than that the hosts were amazing. Thank you so much!“

„It was perfect for what we needed it for! Being off the main drag was not a favorite aspect but it really didn’t matter since we only spent mornings & evenings in the house. It was very clean & perfectly stocked. LOVED that there were coffee pot options as I’m am not a fan of Keurigs. Wish there were window coverings for the doors but again not a dealbreaker. Overall lovely house! Great if you have office work to get done perfect setup for that. Plus every piece of furniture had outlets & US-C ...

I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. “
