The marina with its large grass area is 50 meters from the house which is an ideal place to walk the dog or just get some fresh air. This space joins onto a walking route along the the River Coquet leading to Warkworth Castle. The Harbour and markets are also less than 5 minutes walk and the high st is just at the end of the road.

The cottage itself has all necessary amenities, modern comforts, good quality Nectar hybrid mattresses on the master bedroom king size bed and middle bedroom double bedand is dog friendly.
