A honest review of the property is as stated in other reviews there is a lot of repairs and extras needed to make us want to book again. On entering the property we noticed the panel to the left side of door is damaged, the decking at the front door is also damaged and sinks when you stand on it. The inside of the property was nicely decorated and well furnished.The cooker/ grill was faulty after it was lit it kept going off for no reason, it couldn’t be the gas as hob and heating worked, the inside of cooker/ grill also needed cleaning.As a result we had to bin our food as wasn’t cooked which we weren’t very pleased about.We also noticed the fridge door shelf had snapped off so couldn’t stand any bottles up.The shower thermostat in the main bathroom would not adjust therefore to hot and couldn’t use. The wc in the en-suite was leaking so couldn’t use as floor was getting wet.The lack of knives and forks needs addressing we only had 2 forks of which one was bent. Couldn’t get the electric fire to work, also couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. The hot tub was fine but could do with some lighting. We would not book this lodge again due to the many defects which is a pity as it could be very good if the work mentioned was carried out.
