„The hotel is in a good location and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room I thought I booked was not the room I got. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting. The room we had was extremely small, with a small frosted window that only about a couple inches. If you are at all claustrophobic, you may not be able to manage. „Nice and functional hotel in a not so nice part of Tokyo. The big TV supports streaming from your mobile device, but otherwise the only foreign program is BBC. There is a selection of on-demand videos but I didn't try them. The room is sufficient and the bed comfortable. “
