„Wonderful host who gave an extremely warm welcome. We needed a night away after a stressful week and Gerogie was so considerate and warm and couldnt do enough to make our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Tea and coffee available, use of kitchen facilities, lovely hot tub, communal but good fun to get to know other guests. Food is abiut a 10-15 minute drive away, can recommend Poons Street food “

„The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. “

We have had the privilege of staying at many 5 star hotels over the years but the attention to the small details at the Grove of Narberth was exceptional and beyond what we have experienced before.“

„An excellent hideaway place as advertised, also has a cottage for hire or glamping with a local well stocked shop. Ideal location for all the beaches and attractions. The morning breakfast was superb, a mix of cereals, fruit, continental style, as well as the full welsh cooked. The room was everyone you could as for, cosy, relaxing with a lovely en-suite. I would highly recommend this hotel, though I do want to revisit, so ignore this report. Seriously a wonderful stay, and will be back. “

„The decor and soft furnishings were gorgeous. Our room was spotless and warm. We could open the window to suit ourselves which I like. It had the feel of a very well- maintained manor house. The dining room has ornate original plasterwork and other original features. Our breakfast was freshly cooked to order and I recommend the porridge and the delicious vegetarian glamorgan sausage. „Das Canaston Oaks hat wenig mit einem privat geführten B&B zu tun. Zur Besitzerin hat man kaum Kontakt, die Wohneinheiten sind auf dem ehemaligen Hof verteit. Diese sind sauber und ordentlich, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Ob der selbst gegebene Begriff "luxuriös" zutrifft? Darüber kann man streiten. Für den Preis finde ich die Leistung angemessen. Man ist leider "ab vom Schuss". Empfindliche mag die nahe gelegene Hauptstraße stören. “
