Sande und surfe ein Zuhause mit tollen Aussichten

Die Renovierung des Hauses wird am 28. April 1818 abgeschlossen sein. Bilder des Hauses werden zu dieser Zeit veröffentlicht. Das Haus ist neu renoviert mit Fliesen Duschen, Granit Küche, neue Möbel. Es hat eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean. Die Einheit ist ein Stadthaus und das ist der obere Teil. Die untere Einheit kann auch gemietet werden. Die Unterkunft ist komplett möbliert. Es hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden.

Great stay and great location! Wish there were mirrors in the bedroom and not just the bathroom. This would help when multiple people are trying to get ready. Other than that, the place was wonderful!

Atlantic beach is a quiet family- (and dog-) friendly little beach town and this property is in about as perfect a location as you can get without being directly on the beach. If being within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops as well as being a stone’s throw from a beach access walkway is your priority, then this may be the place for you. If you have a dog, this may be one of the few, if not the only, options for you. This property is all about pet-friendly location, and it delivers. There are a few things to consider before booking. The property feels a little neglected. Guests will contend with little things like the kitchen faucet that kind of flops around for example. There are also hazards around that could cause injury to younger children and pets (rusty screw in the driveway, large splinter on the stairs, ant infestation in the yard to name a few). When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. We were able to contact management. They offered us the option of staying in their other properties. We chose to stay where we were and wash the bedding and towels ourselves. Cleaners arrived the following morning to clean up the place.There is a lot to like about this property. It has a lot of potential and as I mentioned, the location is hard to beat. It’s clear however that the property has seen better days. We probably wouldn't stay again, but it could be a good fit for you if you set your expectations appropriately.

This little house is our favorite spot to stay on the beach. It is directly across from access to a beautiful, not crowded, beach. The house is clean and well equipped.

Rental was in a great location , beach and area was awesome. The only slight and I say slight problem was we could not see the lockbox at night and had some issues getting in . The numbers are all very hard to make out and there’s very little light.

The house was all ready for our vacation . The house is spotless , it is bright and cheery . We enjoy sitting out on the deck and looking at the ocean. Kim provides everything from beach chairs to night lights!! There was plenty of room for the four of us . We appreciate that it is dog friendly . The house is a just a block from shops and a great donut shop!!

We had a great time at this cozy little cottage. (That's what we called it! 🙂) Kim was great about answering all our questions and the mattress we slept on was wonderful! I think there were people in the downstairs unit, but never heard them. Loved that we could grill, hang out on the deck, and could see the ocean. We absolutely would stay there again!

We felt right at home . We enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean . This home is perfect for all ages . We look forward to coming back again soon . The house has everything ready including beach towels. It is clean and well decorated!

We stayed in the upstairs cottage. Everything was very clean. Although I have a pet, I'm always weary of what I'm walking into when a place allows pets. There was no evidence of previous pets which was nice. Bathrooms were clean! The owner allowed us to check in early with no problems. I reached out to her once before the stay and once on our way in, and she was very quick to respond. The deck is large and spacious with four Adirondack chairs and two benches. Plenty of space to keep your beach chairs/wagon and still sit around with your family and friends. And you are directly across from a well maintained beach access. The only con is there needs to be hooks to hang towels. I had to hang my bath towel on a hanger in the closet to allow it to dry. So if you happen to have an over-the-door hanger or command hooks you may want to bring them.

Super-cute beach house with a great ocean view from deck, living room, and kitchen windows. Clean and freshly painted with fun beach decor. Just steps to public beach access. Kim was great. Very positive and responded quickly to our questions. Pet friendly area. Walking distances to fun restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

This is second time we have stayed at this cute little beach house. The location is more than perfect, the host Kim is so friendly and flexible. We even got a discount on the rental since we have rent her property before. Our only complain is the mattresses in both bedrooms need be replaced, they have zero support and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Nice three bedroom unit located directly across from the beach access! Lovely beach with lively ocean. We would definitely come again. One minor issue: code for lock box was incorrect. The owner resolved it quickly.
