Easy rental, host was very very kind and even left us brownies. The house is situated over three floors with outdoor deck area on each floor. There were some nails in decking that were a bit sharp and a little splintering on decking, but nothing that caused problems for us, could on a little tike though. The house was great,well maintained yet casual enough to be comfortable. We felt it was kept very clean and the bedding was very clean. The carpet is cream, so you see minor wear and tear, but it is the beach so who cares. In general there was plenty of kitchen space and pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc to make meals and eat easily. Handrails on stairs were sturdy if anyone has an issue. Bathrooms were good, showers were nice (loved the outdoor shower!) We will likely return to the property unless we grow in number. We had 9 full sized people and we just fit.
