The cottage is located on one of Morehead City's main roads, making it easy to get everywhere quickly. Because of this convenient location, guests may hear some traffic noise, occasional sirens, or the occasional train. Sound machines are provided for light sleepers.

Important Things to Know Before Booking

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
Pets are welcome with approval. Additional pet fees apply.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Please Note: A signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and refundable security deposit are required within 48 hours after booking and before check-in instructions are released.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We adhere to our cancellation policy and are unable to provide refunds outside of its terms.
This property is located on one of Morehead City's main roads. Guests should expect some traffic noise, occasional emergency vehicle sirens, and the occasional passing train. Sound machines are provided for your comfort.
The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
The outdoor shower is available seasonally and may be affected by weather or maintenance needs.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.
Unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Guests are responsible for following all local laws, ordinances, and noise regulations.
Beach gear and bicycles are provided as a courtesy when available. While we do our best to maintain these items, availability cannot be guaranteed.
The owner has a small locked storage area that is not accessible to guests.
