„This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59 ...

„The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. “

„The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.“

If you are traveling with a person in a wheelchair, they may need help up the ramp, which is a little steep. It is a gift to have an accessible home available, and the hosts were accommodating.“
