„Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud.“

"Sehr schöne Lage, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gutes Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten in einem guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - wunderschöner langer Strand mit ganz wenigen Menschen in diesem März 2026. Die Aussicht der Zimmer mit direkten Meerblick ist ein Traum. "

"Le site est exceptionnel: l’océan, la nature, le calme, mais aussi la vie des pêcheurs du village d’à côté. Le personnel est très sympathique et souriant: le chef de cuisine qui parle parfaitement Suisse allemand, le personnel du spa, la réception… Il y a eu quelques dîners redondants les derniers jours: nous en avons profité pour goûter à la carte les fruits de mer frais excellents."

"Unsere Zeit im Asaya Sands hat und uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können auf jeden Fall einen Aufenthalt an diesem schönen, idyllischen Ort empfehlen. Das Personal war äusserst Freundlich und aufmerksam, der Pool wunderschön und das Essen und die Getränke waren gut. Wir haben sogar am Strand des Hotels Schildkröten beobachten können. :-) Einige Kleinigkeiten die uns negativ aufgefallen sind: - der Haartrockner funktionierte nicht - der Elektrokasten im Zimmer war durchgehend ziemlich laut - das Türschloss klemmte - es gab zu wenig Möglichkeiten Dinge im und ausserhalb des Zimmers aufzuhängen. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the villa. For our son it was very good to have a nice pool and a beach to play in the sand with his toys. We stayed 6 Nights. It was very comfortable to have a person who is always there for you when you need sth or have questions. Malith was great and we loved him very much. He was always nice and professional. He was available the whole time and when you check in you get his mobile number and you can text him always via What's App and he responds immediately. This is a very good concept. At our last night we enjoyed a Sri Lankan buffet at the Lantern Hotel nearby which was very delicious. The waiters and the people there were nice as well You can either choose to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Villas restaurant or eat at the Nearby hotel. It is one minute walk time, not more. If you prefer to eat outside it's no issue. I recommend to test both and then you can decide the best option. The leaving time is very flexible. We left at 11am but some other guests stayed until the late afternoon and it was no problem. So thank you very much for the good time and see you the next time when we visit Sri Lanka."

"Schöne, ruhige Anlage mit sehr freundlichem, zuvorkommendem Personal. Leider war das Publikum nicht so wie ich es erwartet hatte (Muskel-Shirts zum Abendessen 🙄?), da hätte das Personal ein Auge drauf haben können/müssen. Ansonsten für ein paar ruhige Tage ein sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel."
