„This is a shared unit with others living on the property, this includes other vehicles. The beds are NOT queen size which inconvenienced us tremendously. The mugs provided burned me after using the microwave safe mug. While I know extras are complementary, they are extremely helpful like something as simple as napkins and maybe a couple waters. „The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. “

„Parking for my friend and I’s vehicles was easy. The wifi connection and reception in general was extremely poor, although the hosts were proactive about it. The grass area for the dogs was a little awkward as the kids played on it and vehicles parked there. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we slept very good on the bed and couch bed. The bathroom was really nice and wish I had more time to use the cool tub. The TVs were also really nice.“

„The space is lovely if you like outdoors better than in. It’s comfortable but not well equipped. The deck is the best part of the space and the ability to hike out the back door is amazing! The trail is gorgeous and the creek with frogs at night is bliss. The birds are singing and the donkey is fun to hear. This is my third of many visits to come. My dog loves the space too!“

„Good experience. The house offers a good layout and is spacious for a multi-family trip. The kids absolutely loved the game room and outside space. The location is on a very main road so for us it was very noisy, but this can’t be controlled by the host. The home has a bbq and fruit trees in the gardens that we enjoyed picking. Great communication from host, pretty well stocked (some foil and plastic wrap would make it even better) and cleanliness was good. “
