„Xavier is an awesome host. We had a minor glitch with the VRBO app, and he called me at check-in to provide his direct contact information in case we had any issues. We didn’t have any issues but had some questions and he responded swiftly. The house is new, spacious, and beds are comfortable. It is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. We are in the area regularly and will stay here again.“

They even left small vials of lavender oil for us to take home and dog bones for our pups! Highly recommend this home as a basecamp for your adventures in the area. It's 35 minutes to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and 5 minutes to downtown Montrose.“

„A little outdated but fairly comfortable. VHS in living room tv did not work (tracking was off?) and tv did not have a remote. Bathroom door was on backwards. Kitchen had a lot of amenities and host left a signature spice/seasoning…thank you! “
