Our stay from March 23 to 27 was extremely disappointing.
The room was in an unsanitary condition upon arrival. There was blood near the shower and on the toilet seat, a fecal stain in the toilet, pubic hair in the bathroom and shower, food debris on the floor, chairs, and table, and generally unclean surfaces throughout. There were also stained rugs, including one with tags and paper still left on it, and blankets with visible white stains.
Housekeeping did attend, however the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were made without changing the bedding, towels provided were still stained, and the areas noted above remained unclean.
I have date stamped photos documenting the condition of the room both upon arrival and after housekeeping attended.
I requested to speak with the property owner and was told over the course of three days that I would receive a call. On the day of checkout, the manager confirmed that I would receive a phone call that day. That call never came, and I still have not been contacted.
The front desk staff were polite and courteous in their interactions. However, this did not change the condition of the unit or how the concerns were handled. The condition of the room and the response provided fall below acceptable hospitality standards, including the expectation of a properly cleaned and sanitary environment.
