Welcome to Quartier 727, my personal home in the recently built Quartier Général Griffintown development. Thoughtfully furnished and arranged with intention, the suite is designed for long‑term comfort, quiet productivity, and easy daily living. Because I’ll be returning to the space after the lease period, the furniture and layout must remain as they are throughout your stay.

Before you get to know the space, please note:
- A 6‑month lease is required (corporate stays welcome)
- Reference checks and condominium paperwork are part of the process
- Government ID required for each guest (maximum 2 occupants)
- Electrical utilities are paid by the guest
- Amenity availability may vary

The Building

Quartier 727 is located in Quartier Général Griffintown, a modern, design‑forward community known for its boutique common areas and calm residential atmosphere. It’s one block from the Lachine Canal and steps from Notre‑Dame West—perfect for morning walks, coffee runs, and easy access to restaurants, groceries, and transit.

This is our second rental project, following the long‑standing success of Spahaus 7, our Scandi‑inspired chalet in Mont‑Tremblant.

A bright 2‑bed / 1‑bath corner suite on the 7th floor, ideal for a single professional or couple on assignment or relocating for work.

If you drive, you’ll have your own private indoor parking space with access to a Level 2 EV charger (universal J1772). Parking is included; EV charging utilities are paid by the guest.

If you cycle, dedicated bike lanes run directly outside the building, and you can park your bike right at your parking spot in the secure indoor garage.

Bordered by industrial red‑brick buildings and newly built residential flats, your stay at Quartier Général Griffintown includes full access to a curated collection of amenities designed for long‑term comfort and everyday ease. As a resident, you’re welcome to enjoy all shared spaces, and you may invite up to two guests to join you in the amenities during your stay.

You’ll have access to:

- Boutique lobby — a hotel‑style entrance with plant walls, lounge seating, quiet work areas, and a bookable multipurpose room for meetings or small gatherings.

- Fitness Centre — strength‑training and yoga studios, a 3.5m x 15m interior pool, spa facilities, and dry + steam saunas.

- Seasonal rooftop — a beach‑inspired terrace with a 5m x 24m exterior pool, lounge zones, and BBQ areas (open during warmer months).
