„We had a large group and this place could not have been more perfect, we had a blast. It is enormous there were 15 bedrooms total, including some bunk rooms and plenty of room for everyone. The pool is amazing and warm, the pool room is enormous. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We will hopefully return sooner than later, it was a great winter stay and I'm sure it's amazing in the summer too. “

„A group of my friends stayed in this house for a golf weekend getaway. This house was perfect in every single way. Plenty of bedrooms and space for hanging and relaxing. The wrap around deck and the pool area was popular hangout for our group. The heated pool and sauna were amazing. I will 100% come back here again.“

„We only stayed for one night. The home was exactly as advertised. The host was super responsive and excellent in her communication. The check-in process and getting into the home was so easy. The home was spotless and adorable. Beaver Lake is a small lake, bordering on a large pond, lol. Due to our short stay, we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the water, but we did see others floating under the sunshine. The woods behind the house were very cool and the morning brought us views of deer ...

„The house and grounds were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake while we had our morning coffee. More than once we spotted hummingbirds visiting the feeders on the deck. We were out in the kayaks every day and cooled off taking a swim by the dock. The house instructions were clearly posted, and the check in and out went smoothly.“

„Overall, it was an excellent experience. The house is small but has everything a family of four (or less) would need for a nice stay in the Catskills. The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were snacks, games, kitchenware and bedding in place. Just in case it matters to you, you should be aware that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the house. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the backyard or make use of the lake. “
