It is composed of a beautiful living room of 66 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 66 m² living room with sitting area and TV, a dining area opening onto the kitchen and terraces.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- A master suite with a double bed (160*200), sea view, shower room and large dressing room.
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140*190) and en-suite shower room.
- Separate WC.

On the lower floor:
- Two double bedrooms (140*190) with access to the garden.

A 13m2 outbuilding with independent access including the fifth bedroom with a double sofa bed and a shower room with WC.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private car park of the house (two cars) as well as on the private car park of the housing estate (three places).

- Calvi Sainte-Catherine airport 35 minutes by car
