"We wanted to escape the heat and also use a Hotels.com reward night (although we still had to pay 80 + 25 for our dog for the 160 CHF standard room) at the end of July. The staff was friendly and when we asked whether there is surely an aircon, since it was under the roof, they went somewhere to confirm and said "Yes the room has aircon". Well, the room did not have aircon! They had removed the remote. It was not super hot in the room, but we were not happy. We were also not happy to find trash under the bed (bad cleaning!) and that the minibar wasn't on (we needed the "fridge" for fruits). We were given a better room, but they said they have a problem with the aircon. Just so you know: THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. However, the room was still fine and not too hot. Surprisingly, the baths were also really nice and refreshing even though it was 34 C outside and the baths are all 30 C+. I would absolutely not recommend it for the full price though."

"Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Wir mussten nach der Mobilis-Karte verlangen, haben diese nicht beim Check-in erhalten (obwohl diese inkludiert ist). Die Lage ist toll und mit dem Zug sind alle schönen Ortschaften im nu erreichbar."

"Toller Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf den Genfer See. Vom Bett aus hatten wir Fernblick. Ruhige Lage. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Zwischenstopp für die Reise nach Südfrankreich genutzt."
