„Die Stufen knarzen und die Türstöcke sind niedrig. Fehlt eigentlich nur noch ein eigener Hausgeist und man fühlt sich heimelig im guten alten Wales.
Das Hotel ist herzig und sehr ruhig am Land gelegen. Viel los ist nicht in dem Dörfchen, aber wir haben das Dragon Hotel auch als Ausgangspunkt diverser Exkursionen und Ausflüge ins Umland gewählt und nicht wegen dem glücklicherweise nicht vorhandenem "pulsierenden Nightlife"
Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und nett - alles in allem ist ...

„The Lion Inn was a last minute booking but it did not disappoint. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was served hot. The breakfast was cooked to order and was a great welsh breakfast. The rooms were cosy but with a boutique hotel theme. Public areas were clean there was parking available with tables outside. The village was lovely too and the location made easy access to Montgomery and Welshpool. A great base for people touring that area. Wish we could have booked for ...
„Our fourth stay at the Metropole in recent years.A privilege to stay in such a unique historic building,with yes a little patina around the edges.If you dont embrace the nostalgia then budget chain's are available.The staff here are so good,as is the breakfast and the pool and spa facility.A great location for roadtrips around mid Wales,and a huge car park.“

„It was a lovely place to stay as we were up for a family wedding nearby there were 6 of us so we all fitted there comfortably. Our host was very nice and welcoming and there were a few treats for us to use as well which were very welcome.Would definitely stay here again for longer next time for a holiday,pretty central for visits to locations to view.Very happy with the facilities and location very quiet even though it is a working farm.“
