"Alles was sehr gut. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, gemütlich. Das reichliche Buffet war sehr lecker und sehr sauber. Der Cappuccino ist ein Grund wieder hinzureißen. Das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mehr als zufrieden, absolut begeistert. Danke für die Überraschung zum Geburtstag."

"Tolles Hotel für Städtereisen. Es liegt zentral und hat alles was man für die Nacht und den Morgen braucht . Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, wird einiges angeboten, man wird definitiv satt . Bis 12 Uhr nachts ist etwas laut ( bei offenem Fenster )da genau gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof, aber hat uns persönlich nicht gestört . Ich würde nochmal in das Hotel gehen."

"Personal freundlich (Reception und Bar). Check-In 1.5 Stunden früher problemlos und unkompliziert möglich. Aber Bad nicht ganz sauber, Tresor defekt und keinen Fernbedienung für TV im Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage ging es fast 1 Stunde bis diese gebracht wurde. Zimmer „in die Jahre gekommen“ (Bilderrahmen z.B. defekt)"
