„It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken ...

„Very best communication and support by Silvia. Needed little more storage location in bathroom and for second suitcase in living room. Noise canceling of soundproof windows very good.“

„Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.“

„Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.“

„The concierge was very nice, and the meeting and key handover went very smoothly. Unfortunately, the apartment was dirty and not thoroughly cleaned. We also found a cockroach on the floor in the entrance area on the first evening. After we complained, the bathroom and floor were cleaned again, but it still wasn't clean. Furthermore, the apartment smells damp and musty. The beds are comfortable, and the upholstery and blankets are in mint condition. The kitchen is also in mint condition, but ...

„Great ambiente. Great communication. Best location. You hear the street life.“

„Sehr schön gemacht, leider hat unser Zimmer-PIN öfters nicht funktioniert und daher gab es dann nur verzögerte Kommunikation “

„Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.“

„Sehr schönes Appartement, toll eingerichtet“
