MaMo rep saw but didnt address it with his colleagues nor offered to send cleaners when he let us in. We absolutely adored the apartment and all that offered but that was an issue. MaMo’s management response was poor since I had asked for paper towels and they didnt respond for a whole day. They also neglected to get a wi-go extender- as one end of the flat had very weak wi-fi. Vom Balkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Fiesole, vom Schlafzimmer aus kann man den Dom sehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, 97 Stufen muss man bewältigen, aber es lohnt sich! “
