„La villa è bella, molto pulita con ampi spazi. Ci sono 4 bilocali ai piani superiori con camera, cucina e bagno e uno spazio comune al piano terra con un grande salone e un'altra cucina. Sarebbero da migliorare alcune attrezzature (cucina comune con elettrodomestici un po' vecchiotti, batteria di tegami insufficiente anche utilizzando quelle delle cucine ai piani superiori, lettini della piscina in cattive condizioni). Il custode è stato comunque molto disponibile a risolvere alcuni piccoli ...

„Typische süditalienische Unterkunft. Ganz toll war die Klimaanlage und die saubere Waschmaschine. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Ausstattung der Küche auch entsprechende Messer, einem Schneidebrett und Kochlöffel umfasst hätte.“
