"While the location has potential, unfortunately our experience was less relaxing than we had hoped. During our stay, there was ongoing construction work for a new on-site restaurant next to the pool, which significantly disrupted the peace and quiet. Even once completed, the environment will still be quite noisy due to nearby traffic, frequent ambulance sirens, and the overall lack of sound insulation. Our room was located directly next to the reception area, which meant we could hear every conversation throughout the day and night. Additionally, rubbish was regularly taken out right in front of our window during the night, often waking us up - definitely not ideal for anyone seeking rest and relaxation. That said, the lady at reception was very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for both local restaurants and beaches, which we truly appreciated. All in all, Villa Genesis may suit travellers who are less sensitive to noise, but for those looking for a peaceful retreat, it might not be the best choice."

"Wir haben Halbpension gehabt und das Essen war hervorragend besonders das Abendessen das Rührei beim Frühstück war nicht besonders empfehlenswert aber sonst war alles okay. Zimmer Personalbar top nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist hervorragend direkt an einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Am Meer kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen wieder."

"Sauber und guter Zustand, die Zimmer sind schallisoliert und modern. Direkt am Anfang, bzw. Ender der Fussgänger-Einkaufszone gelegen, kann daher mit dem Taxi gut erreicht werden. Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, von wo man einen schönen Ausblick auf Sanremo und das Meer hat."

"Super tolles Zimmer, das Bett war hervorragend. Das Frühstück, es hatte eine gute Auswahl und der Kaffee war lecker. Die Hotel Angestellten waren sehr nett und herzlich. Das Hotel liegt ca 15min wenn man zügig lauft vom Zentrum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. "
