„Proprietario gentilissimo, camera pulita ,letto comodissimo con aggiunta di altri 2 cuscini. L'alloggio si trova alle spalle del corso, con tutti i servizi vicini..bar ristoranti.. quindi centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo. Parcheggio davanti casa .Ci ha fatto piacere trovare 2 bottigliette di acqua e delle cialde per il primo caffè. Grazie per l'ospitalità.“

„Wir waren beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Zimmer hatten eine hervorragende Klimaanlage, die uns angenehme kühle in den Nächten schenkte. Im Restaurant konnten wir sehr gut speisen und wurden hervorragend bedient. Bei kleinen technischen Problemen (Adapter für Steckdosen) wurde uns problemlos und freundlich, sofort geholfen, wir können dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen. “

„Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit auf dem Campingplatz. Die kleinen Bungalows sind etwas älter, aber sauber und sehr preiswert in der Vorsaison. Das Personal war zu jederzeit top freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut fanden wir den eigenen Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen - inklusive! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.“

"- Sehr gutes Frühstück. - Schönes, grosses Zimmer (Garten Junior Suite). - Gute Bar. - Sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant 1919 und in der Trattoria La Stellata. Die Pizzeria war mittelmässig. - Sehr gute Massage durch Physiotherapeuten - Genügend Liegen im Aussenbereich, auch sehr bequem. Man könnte sogar die Liegen für den gesamten Aufenthalt reservieren - Grosser Thermalbereich, mit unlimitiertem Zugang zu allen Bereichen für die Hotelgäste - Sehr freundliches Personal - Spa Bereich für Massagen und Treatments sehr schön - Sauberkeit mittelmässig (Boden im Zimmer z.T. klebrig, Schimmelflecken auf Silikonfugen in der Dusche) - Lage direkt bei der Thermalquelle - Wartung des Aussenbereiches magelhaft. Viele zerbrochene Travertin-Fliesen im Aussenbereich, sehr starke Schwefelablagerungen an Geländern, Jacuzzi Düsen funktionieren nur teilweise. - Bagno Romana: Dampfbad: sehr schlechter Zustand. Fliesen sind zum Teil abgefallen und liegen lose auf der Sitzbank im Dampfbad. Verletzungsgefahr. Sauna: Holz quillt z.T. auf, Holzgitter an den Bänken ist defekt. Wir hatten uns sehr auf einen Wellnessaufenthalt mit Sauna und Dampfbad gefreut, wir hatten jedoch nur den Aussbereich genützt, weil der Zustand vom Innenbereich desolat ist. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber für ein Hotel, das zu "Leading Hotels of the World" gehört, sehr, sehr mangelhaft. Schade, dass die Anlage so schlecht gewartet bzw. Defekte nicht repariert werden. Preis-Leistung finden wir deshalb schlecht."
