„The house was perfect for our annual family getaway. It was a short 10 minute walk to the beach (dunes). It was spacious and fit everyone’s needs. We highly recommend and would stay again. “

„The property is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. Multiple bedrooms that sleep up to 20 people. We had 15 family members. Plenty of bathrooms, 3 refrigerators, an ice machine, I could go on and on. The swimming pool, hot tub and the beach were also a real hit. Plenty of shopping nearby and beautiful little beach towns nearby. This is THE property on Lake Michigan!“

„We had a wonderful experience at this house. The space and amenities were great for our group of 15 with ages 3 to 80. The pool was well used, as was the game room. The beach was a 2 min walk and we had the food fortune of having a year where the beach is spacious and a week where the water was warm and calm. Tara was a friendly and communicative host and very supportive of our questions and needs. Highly recommend!“

„The house was gorgeous and the host was great! The layout is perfect for a group and the pool and backyard were amazing! Close to beaches and lots to do on property. It’s an amazing place and we had so much fun.“

„This was a nice large house perfect for a large group with plenty of room. It was clean and within a great location to hit the sand dunes! The only negative is that the listing states private pool and beach access within this community, however we never found it and there were no directions provided on how to get there. We would have liked to check it out. “

„I appreciated the privacy the property offered. And the view of Lake Michigan was amazing. That being said, the property definitely needs work and felt unsafe for my children in some areas. Inside the home blended an updated kitchen and small bathroom with old, weathered cottage aesthetic. It was functional for our family seven. The owner was very friendly and great at communicating quickly. We would definitely stay again if the safety issues were addressed. “

„Not recommendable.disguisting.From the beginning,: communication( forgotten access code, appartment arrangement) you don't feel welcome. The host lives with wife in the same house, ground floor. Frightening situation about several hours in the evening: shouting and big arguing,.....you bever know when it ends or what would finally happen“

„The checkin process was easy and the place was very clean and accurate to listing. We were able to find everything that we needed easily. We had a great time in the kayaks and really enjoyed the outdoor shower (which was so great to not track sand and dirt everywhere!). Plenty of games to play and movies to watch.
