Casa Martin 29 has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and 1 additional wc. The common area is spectacular with two pools joined by a waterfall and surrounded beach promenade in the center of Playa Cristal, close to the restaurants and bars of the beach.
On the ground floor there are: a kitchen, wc, a living-dining room and the terrace with garden furniture. The terrace has an access to the lawn.
On the first floor: 1 master bedroom-suite with its double bed, with its complete bathroom and access to the terrace; 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk and a single bed; 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. On the same floor there is another bathroom.
This complex is very advisable for families with babies and children.

Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
