„It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. “

„We went to Georgia for a special Vampire Diaries themed sweet sixteen girls weekend. We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. The only problem we encountered was the keurig machine was broken. We let the host know and they replaced it within 24hrs with a brand new keurig. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. „Nice, quiet and private location on a property filled with trees. Saw plenty of deer! Great wooded residential neighborhood for walking and yet so convenient to shops and restaurants just around the corner. The home was very clean and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were delicious! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens….“

„Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. “
