„I gave the cottage two stars for being super cute and very clean. However, the inconvenience of not being able to control the thermostat, the locking mechanism on the front door, no bedding on the top bunk and the requirement of “absolutely no luggage on the beds” but no luggage racks are provided causes me to not be able to recommend a stay at this VRBO.“

„Host was good with communication and was generous with pet policy (we had 3 cats). In unexpectedly cold weather for the region, he offered space heaters and alternatives if power went out. House was a good size for our needs and easy to find. There was some loud music next door several evenings, but neighbors nodded and said hello if we passed them.“

„In the area to attend graduation at UGA and wanted something with a bit more room for the family to spread out. This was the perfect choice. Nicely updated property with everything we needed. Quiet street that's just a short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are larger than expected, the bathrooms were great, and the front porch was a nice place to unwind.We enjoyed this place so much, we've already booked it for our next trip to Monroe.“

„The pool unfortunately the pollen was overwhelming. Even though the owners did everything possible to keep it clean..nature was just too overwhelming! Minutes after cleaning a heavy load of pollen would reaapear? too much for even the cleaning tool! For context...even my car changes colors due to the "pollen snow"! But we appreciate everything they did to enable us to use it.“
