"Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "

Nach der Anreise sind wir vor der Ferienwohnung gestanden und haben versucht den Vermieter tel. zu erreichen. Vermieter ging dann 1 x ans Telefon und sagte, das er momentan im Urlaub ist.Uns hat er aber versprochen, sich darum zu kümmern. Gutgläubig warteten wir. "We loved our stay here. The location is perfect for what we needed. There are places to eat everywhere you go and the shopping is endless. Unless you have a lot of money the immediate area may not be the place for you to shop. Löhrstrasse is only a few minutes walk and the shopping there is endless, without vehicular traffic, and you can find real bargains there. "In 10 Minuten nach checkout haben wir die Nachricht bekommen, dass wir die Tücher geklaut haben. Wir sollten wieder einen Parkplatz suchen (weil direkt auf der Straße war es nicht möglich zu parken), um zurückzukommen und zu zeigen, dass die Tücher an der Tür im Badezimmer hängen. Statt zuerst zu fragen, wo die Tücher sein könnten, hat der Vermieter uns beschuldigt. Danach kam die Entschuldigung, aber der Eindruck war total schlecht."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well furnished. It was also really spacious and filled with light. The kitchen had lots of necessities so that you could cook a meal. There was an Aldi right next door which was really convenient. We had a car which worked out well since there wasn’t any easy way to get to the main train station via public transportation. "

"Wir waren im ersten Stock welche durch eine Gittertür abgetrennt ist. Dort hatten wir 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, 1 Küche sowie 1 Wohnzimmer. Alles etwas im rustikalen Stil eingerichtet aber ok. Die Gastgeberin Frau Mayer ist eine nette Lady die alles im Griff hat. Urschmitt hat kein Lokal aber in 5-7 km Entfernung findet man alles."

"Das Appartement ist neu renoviert, bis auf das Badezimmer. Wasserhahn ist defekt, Rolladen fehlt und äußere Ansicht des Hauses ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem waren die Vermieter freundlich und für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung."

"The house location is amazing with panoramic views of Koblenz. A Hugh house with TV room, lounge to look at the city views, modern kitchen with everything required to cook in at home, large bedrooms with the best sheets and bed is ultra comfy. Everything was immaculate and extremely clean. 10 out 10 does not justify the score. Give it a 20 out 10."
