„We lived in a cute nice house that was unfortunately opposite the schoolbus depot and on the ME - 140. There was heavy trafic on the road from 6 am to 9 pm , because it was on the federal highway. Access was quite easy thanks to a numerical code. Apart from the noise from the street, we really iked the house and the surrounding aera.“

„Very relaxing! Great screened in porch where we spent most of our time if we weren’t fishing or floating in the water. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean. It was a great family vacation! Only negative was there are many big rocks and seaweed in the water. No place to walk in. So kayaking, canoeing and floating are your best choices. Would go back!! “

„This property is a jewel. This is where they should have filmed "On Golden Pond." It is very private, yet only 20 minutes from I-95 and major supermarkets, etc. If you are looking for piece and quiet, security, a delightfully private pond and a stunning view of the opposite, natural, shoreline with no other cottages, this is your place! Beds are very comfortable with good quality linens and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are of very good quality. Plenty of wood is supplied ...

„Great location, easy to walk to the General Store, Tubby’s and Farmer’s Market. From Wayne, it’s an easy drive to the coast or to the mountains for a hike. The house is clean and lots of room, as well as a spacious front deck looking out over Androscoggin Lake.“

„Good communication from host with all the details. Great view of the lake from backyard with firepit and grill. Can watch the sunsets also. Birds observed on the lake great egret and ducks. Good location to a number of golf courses. Route 197 diner and Dubois cafe short drive for group breakfast before tee time. Kitchen has everything to make a meal. Would be great next time to have a dish rack for those small items to hand wash and dry. Was able to take 10 second exposure shots of the night ...

„We choose this place for the location and it did not disappoint. The scenery is beautiful plus its in the middle of a lot to see so if you are going down to Portland or up to bar harbor your in a nice spot to drive either way.“

„This house was just what we needed to cap our summer. All 5 of us gasped when we pulled in and saw the view! Kayaking and smores...rinse, repeat. Only tiny downside was the busy street which cut down on taking walks, but left more lake time! The photos don't do justice to the cleanliness and spaciousness. We hope to retuen,next summer and rent a boat for the week. Thank you!“
