Spaßiges 5-Zi. Ferienhaus am See

Escape the noise and settle into true tranquility on a quiet country road. Nestled between the whispering pines and wild ferns of scenic Mongaup Valley, this charming 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom getaway sits perfectly on the peaceful side of Swinging Bridge Reservoir where the local bald eagles nest. It offers the best of both worlds: quiet waterfront seclusion, yet just minutes away from Bethel Woods, Holiday Mountain ski trails, local casinos, spas, and historic antiquing towns. A Surprisingly Spacious Retreat Don't let the exterior fool you—while this home looks small and cozy from the outside, it opens up into a beautifully spaced interior where 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (including 2 en-suites) fit your group just right. Walk into a bright, well-stocked kitchen fully prepared for home-cooked meals, which flows naturally into an open dining room anchored by a cozy wood-burning fireplace. Travelers always fall in love with the lakeside living room; surrounded by wall-to-wall windows, it is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the water in any weather. Rainy Day Arcade Lounge Downstairs, a loaded game room makes rainy days and winter nights a highlight of the trip. The space features a full-sized air hockey table, a hoops basketball challenge, a free-play classic arcade game, and a big-screen TV hooked up to a PS4 console. Premium Lakefront & Outdoor Luxury Outside, the reservoir is the true star of the show. Spend your days jumping, swimming, and fishing right off your private dock, or paddle through the quiet coves using the provided kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and classic canoe. Back on land, fire up lawn games in the private backyard, toast marshmallows around the fire pit, or take a late-night soak under the stars in the large hot tub on the new deck. When it’s time to eat, gather on the lakeside deck for an unbeatable al fresco dining experience with some of the best waterfront views on the reservoir. We look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones. Please reach out with any questions.  Please note that docks are only available in early summer to fall months.
