The reception guy was unprofessional, we had to wait for 1 hour for him to check if there is availability for a sea view upgrade was, although we arrived at 5PM for check-in. Then he said no availability. Then when we offered to pay extra charges for it he swas really annoying he could be honest and say we have rooms with sea views.... but we cannot give them for free. Plus the hotel is in general not worth the 5 dtar, even the food was okay nothing special for a 5 star hotel, even grilled fish typical pf that region was not there... disppointed in total. Will not come again!!!
