The terrace is not directly opposite and is protected from the street and its animation by high partitions and climbing plants.

Your accommodation "25 Terrasse de l'Océan" is located in the Residence Néméa " Les Terrasses de l'Océan", 5 minutes walk from two squares, the Bastide and the Balise, lively places with all amenities, grocery stores, bars and restaurants and surf shop of Moliets beach.
The beach "central "de Moliets is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, with a path leaving the residence that leads you directly there. What a luxury!! The residence is nevertheless quiet and your home to the enjoyment of a covered terrace without vis-à-vis direct! You are also 15 minutes by bike from another beautiful secluded beach, the "cork oaks", and the cycle path to get there along the courses of the International Golf of Moliets which itself is next to your residence
Everything can be done without a car, quietly and calmly. The famous Vélodysée, the great bike path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye passes not far from here, 5 minutes and allows you to make beautiful walks through the pine forests, without difficulties.
The central beach of Moliets, which we talked about earlier, offers a more lively atmosphere, with its bars and restaurants, open in season. The "Chènes -corkscrews", the second beach of Moliets is more quiet and isolated: you choose according to the mood of the day!
