„The house is situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All details of the description were correct. The house is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, only the lights in the living room are not very cosy. We helped ourselves with a desk lamp. We couldn‘t figure out how the TV sound could be regulated. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and well stocked with towels, extra blankets and pillows. Shopping Mall is just a 5 minutes drive away. “

„The property was clean and easy to communicate with property manager. I would highly recommend upgrading the bed as it was extremely uncomfortable, the foam mattress compresses to barely an inch thick and I’m not sure if the bed frame is loose or failing but when you lay down the bed bends in the middle making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. The bathroom was nice and glad to have labels to figure out the shower, the lamp and fan don’t work which makes the bathroom very susceptible to ...

„We rented this house for an event in St.Paul over the weekend- 2 adults and 2 teen boys. The house was perfect - rooms were good size, beds super cozy, home was decorated beautifully and clean. The location was perfect - close to lots of restaurants and only a few miles from St. Paul. Alex was very responsive and the check-in process was smooth. Darby House is a great spot and we will definitely rent again if we are in the area!“

„CONS; The property was ok. Upon arrival I found most of the windows unlocked and the back left corner window with no lock at all. Several of the outlets didn’t work, which could be electrical issues (little scary). The bed in the master was VERY broken down, so no comfort or cushion. The quilt on the same bed had not been cleaned in a while. As it was covered in dog hair and dirty dog paws (& my dog doesn’t get on furniture of any kind) There was also very little gas left for the fire pit. PROS; ...
