„The apartment itself is really nicely furnished and the restaurant is good. Value for money is good A few remarks despite (1) NOT a Kids-friendly place (the pool is too deep, no sidewalks anywhere around) (2) The area is dead, there is no chance to walk anywhere (3) NO AirCon in the appt (only in the bedroom) (4) we had mould in 1 bathroom, unacceptable “

„They dont clean the room during the stay or even change towels (only when asking explicitly they bring it 6-7 hours later). The appartment says there is a fully equipped kitchen, but there was no pan at all and also no dish towel, soap or sponge The water kettle plug didnt go in the wall, they had to call the electrician to change the plug first (seriously?!). I asked for a quiet room. They said I have the quiet room. Well, the room was right above the restaurant and at the noisy main road ...

„Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Appartment und Terasse. Das Hotel liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse mit entsprechendem Lärm. Am Pool gibt es keine Liegestühle und dieser ist auch sehr klein. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Der Service im Restaurant beim Frühstück und auch beim Dinner war exzellent. Anregungen wurden aufgenommen und umgesetzt. Das Personal hat uns im Restaurant wirklich als Kunden behandelt. Das indische Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls exzellent. “

„I communicated with the hotel through the Expedia tool of the Expedia app. I was told that i had to book two nights to get a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. So I booked a second night but nobdy came to pick me up. I also had to book a private taxi to get back to the hotel. Beware of this hotel because this is fraud!
