The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds, and 3 complete bathrooms, one inside the main bedroom. Equipped kitchen, open to the dining room with a table for 8 people. The first terrace has direct access to the pool, with a table and umbrella for dining.
The urbanization has controlled access and 24 hour private security. It has two community pools, a children's play area, a sports court (football and basketball), and the new facilities of Macenas Mediterranean Resort (hairdresser, La Cala Beach Bar, Arcilla restaurant, gym, decoration shop, etc.)
During the months of July and August only full weeks are rented.
