The Space:

Words Room at The Mill Retreat by Portugal Active is a delicate and inspiring space, designed for those seeking peace and harmony with nature. Accommodating up to two guests, it features two single beds, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a seating area, and a private bathroom with shower.



With a poetic touch in its décor, the room invites guests to unwind and embrace the quiet of the countryside, allowing every moment to be felt with serenity and depth.



Guests also have access to the shared areas of The Mill Retreat with Pool & BBQ by Portugal Active: lush gardens, terraces with mountain views, two swimming pools (including a natural pool), and a barbecue area — perfect for leisure and social moments surrounded by nature.



Note: All outdoor areas are shared with other guests. The room is the only fully private space.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property, including the pool, the garden and all indoor facilities.

Please note that all outdoor spaces are shared – the only non-shared space is the bedroom.

Important Note:

- During the high season (May to October), the pool is regularly maintained to provide guests with an impeccable experience.

- In the low season (November to April), the pool may be closed, subject to confirmation with our team.

- Buses: Connections are available from Moimenta da Beira (5–7 km) to nearby cities, including Viseu and Peso da Régua.
