The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 148 m² house for rent in Moëlan-sur-Mer, nearby from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive 26 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 400 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 26 m² living room with TV, sofa and armchairs
- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and private bathroom (with shower)
- separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: trundle bed (2 single beds)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin, WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- Beautiful 400 m² garden and enclosed courtyard
- 80 m² tiled west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Beaches, sailing, hiking and horse-riding await you nearby.
- Less than 10 km away: discover the charming villages of Pont-Aven and Riec-sur-Bélon, the beaches of Le Pouldu, the historic town of Quimperlé and the national forest of Clohars.
- Less than 30 km away: explore the must-see towns of Lorient, Concarneau and Quimper, rich in heritage and entertainment.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in a secure, lockable courtyard. Please note that even temporary parking is strictly forbidden in the alley leading to the courtyard. Free communal parking 50 m from the house.
