We stayed here during a spring break trip to see arches national park and canyonlands. Great location for both. Moab and the surrounding area has tons of stuff to do. Great restaurants in Moab for evening meals

National Park Stay

The house was very comfortable and easy to locate. The location was great and the town had many restaurants and stores. The house was well stocked, which we appreciated. We enjoyed using the garage. One thing to note, the towel rod and the paper holder in both bathrooms were lose.

Jeep Trip

We shared this with some friends for a Jeep trip. It was perfect. There was plenty of space to park our trucks and trailers along the main road. The garage was great. Having a place to put the Jeeps after a long day of wheeling was so convenient. The property itself was very clean and had literally everything we needed. Internet and fireTVs in all rooms was nice to have as well. Communication was property owners was also great and easy to do. Thanks for making our trip that much better.

Great house, just a few shortcomings

We loved this house! Was super perfect for what we needed it for. That being said, there were multiple small annoyances. The towels that were folded and in the bathroom drawers were still damp. Multiple toilet paper holders and towel racks were loose and/or falling off of the wall. The garage keypad cover was falling off. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a super loud clicking noise to the point where we couldn’t sleep with it on. However these were just small things and overall we greatly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the owners or managers will tend to this little things to improve the stay of future guests. Thank you!

Poor service & communication from renter/management company; Renters beware

I booked this condo for my business for Easter Jeep week in Moab, but due to an emergency, we were unable to attend the event. While the property itself might be stellar in photos, and it’s in a great neighborhood and location (we’ve stayed in the area before), but we had an absolutely terrible experience with the management company. All future renters should be fair warned about their poor communication, policies, and lack of customer-friendly business practices. I tried multiple times to communicate with the management company about the cancellation request. I sent multiple messages to them through VRBO messenger, all of which went unanswered. I called them multiple times, only being able to speak to a receptionist and was never transferred to a manager as I requested. I ended up calling VRBO who stepped in and got them on the phone, ultimately landing me a call back from another staff member, who was not executive management and had no authority to offer cancellation options. To be fair, they did email me after this call, so I at least had a contact name— but with no answers or cancellation options. I feel they were only responding because VRBO stepped in. In summary, I went in circles for about 3 weeks trying to communicate with this property management company, which ultimately offered zero accommodations, despite it being peak rental week in Moab. I understand cancellation policies and the incentive to purchase trip insurance if you want to receive a full refund. But I also understand EJS week is peak season for condo rentals in Moab, and this property could have easily been flipped and re-rented on VRBO. I asked for just a small portion of my booking back, in exchange for my cancellation. The renter was unwilling to make any reasonable offers, such as allowing partial refund; exchanging dates or properties for another stay; or even refunding part of the booking fees I paid—such as the cleaning fee that was never used since we did not stay. However, they were more than happy to allow me to cancel the booking and re-rent the property to someone else, netting them over double profit on this property! Based on their poor communication, unclear policies, and unwillingness to make reasonable accommodations to renters, I feel compelled to leave this review so all future renters are aware of their unprofessional business practices.

Great Stay

Perfect spot for a quick getaway but would work great for extended stay. Nice neighborhood south of town with clean amenities. Clean and neat place with comfortable beds. Big garage for storage. Professional booking procedures. TV difficult to figure out, no ability to watch live television but not a major concern while on vacation.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed staying here in Moab. The location is a little outside of town, but it’s a really beautiful condo community. My only complaint is that the kitchen was missing a few key supplies. For example there wasn’t a cookie sheet or glass baking dish. The only seasonings were salt and pepper, and there wasn’t any non-stick pan spray etc. It was overall a wonderful condo and I would recommend it to others!

Quaint townhouse on the outskirts of Moab

We were there for 2 evenings and the place was suitable for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and wall art. We were close to downtown Moab and not far from attractions making it a convenient location. A couple of minor issues arose but were taken care of quickly. Would stay again.

Moab Retreat

Loved this condo for our Moab vacation. Very roomy, clean, open kitchen/dining/living room, comfortable beds, modern design, garage to park 2 cars. Location a few miles south of Moab was ideal for getting away from the crowds but close enough to take advantage of Moab’s great restaurants and nearby national parks. Relaxing sore muscles from a day of hiking in the hot tub by the pool was a bonus. We would stay here again, highly recommend.
