"Very nice hotel with great views, kind employees and well sized rooms. The free shuttle service to and from the main station is very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, one should be aware that it's a bit outside of the city. Two negative points: When we returned to our room at ~16:30, room service was not yet done cleaning. This was no big issue, but we would have expected this to happen earlier as we needed to wait. Also there's a big step in front of the bathroom."

"The location was very good! You can walk pretty much. Also in front of the hotel is a bicycle rental place. The service was super nice and the people are pleased to help you at any time. The view from our room was amazing and from the lounge of course also. I'm sometimes ashamed of the tourists in the lounge who don't know how to behave. The patience and friendliness of the staff is really remarkable."

"Ein wunderschönes Hotel, mit dem Charme der 80er Jahre. Eine sagenhafte Aussicht entweder auf die Burg oder die Meerseite. Es hat jeden Komfort, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Personal ist sehr nett. Direkt zwischen Burg und Friedenspark gelegen. Vom Bahnhof aus am besten mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück kann man zwischen 3 Hotels aussuchen."

"Quite a good place not too far to the Train main station and shopping possibilities (at least for these who like to walk). Due to a change of hotels in Hiroshima we got 2 hours earlier than the check in time, but we could right away use our room. They have a little offer of coffee and some snacks in the afternoon for free."
