„The condo itself was clean. However I was hoping that he AC was central air. Instead it was a unit that was only in the living room. The bedroom was really hot. However the host left 3 box fans in closet and they came in handy. I was disappointed that we did not know that the Mountain Lodge, the entire building, was under construction until after we booked this unit. The construction was messy but that will be fixed soon. „A great place to stay in Snowshoe! The unit was clean and well kept. We really liked the amenities for keeping our gear (skis, boots, jackets) stored and out of the way. Really appreciated the plastic trays to put under wet skis and boots which collect melting snow and make cleanup easy! The place is roomy with great internet service (a must since cell service is spotty in Snowshoe) with comfy furniture. The hosts were great and communicated all instructions in a timely manner. „My husband and I really enjoyed our quick get away to Snowshoe. This unit was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable and we are bed snobs! The rental management people were so helpful and gave us great recommendations! The only negatives: cell service is non-existent in WV so make sure you set up your GPS before you head here, and this unit is right above the hot tub so if you are early to bed people like us oldies bring a box fan! The snow was fabulous ...

„Both the condo and the condo managers were great. They made sure I knew if we needed anything, they were just a text, call or email away. Only negative is the beds are rock hard. They are memory foam and must be on the newer side so they need broken in. Other than that, it was great!!!“
