The only inconsistency was the differences between the welcome e-mail and direct communication with the owner. Letter stated 1 pm checkout, the owner messaged me with a noon check out. We had an issue finding the house and I was unaware that the entrance instructions were in the VRBO app, but the manager was very responsive, even later at night so that we could find the house and get in. The manager was also very responsive when I let her know that the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and not working, and neither was the disposal. It was conveniently located to the many restaurants, beaches and main highway. It was a great space for us and 2 pups that are 20lbs each. I would love to return, ASAP!
